Head of Marketing

We seek an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our B2B marketing efforts, product marketing initiatives, and corporate branding strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B marketing, capable of developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Altechna's and subcompanies’ overall marketing strategy, focusing on B2B marketing, product marketing, and corporate brand development.
- Create and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of product marketing plans, including product launches, go-to-market strategies, and competitive positioning. Work closely with product management and R&D teams to meet market needs.
- Strengthen and evolve Altechna’s corporate brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Enhance brand awareness and reputation in the market.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, tradeshows materials, case studies, white papers, and digital content.
- If needed, drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising—measure and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least three years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles and practices.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
