Sales Engineer/Key Account Manager (Asia)

As a Sales Engineer/Key Account Manager you will
- seek out potential leads through various channels and assess their suitability for our products/services
- develop and expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing technological solutions
- prepare and execute well-coordinated business development strategies and action plans for targeted customers
- guide customers through the sales process, using your expertise to secure long-term contracts
- attend professional global exhibitions & events
- have business trips to Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and other exciting places in Asia
Requirements
- experience in B2B sales providing technological solutions in Photonics/other hi-tech market (in Asia would be a big plus)
- educational background in Physics, Engineering or Business Development
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational skills
- problem-solving and negotiation skills
- quick learning skills to adapt to new environment and continuously improve product & industry knowledge
- openness for challenges & results-driven mindset
- willingness to travel
- fluency in English and Lithuanian

- Monthly gross salary range:
- for Sales Engineer from 2200 EUR to 2500 EUR + bonus system;
- for Key Account Manager starts from 2600 EUR + bonus system;
- The final offer and title will depend on the experience and competence of the selected candidate.
