Strive to popularise products in the Chinese market
There are five people in our team: the CPO, two regional sales managers, an office administrator, and a supplier relationship manager. Our CPO is the team leader who maintains and at the same time develops, the relationships with our Chinese suppliers. Meanwhile, the regional sales managers strive to popularise our products in the Chinese market.
The company gains prosperity with every order that they closed. Our office administrator takes care of the accounting processes, with numerous bills, invoices, contracts and packing lists that require much of her attention and patience. Finally, there is our aspiring purchaser who is ready to find more capable suppliers from China.
We work in an international environment, so our working hours are quite flexible. This means we face the challenges of working with people from different backgrounds to boost our growth, but we also have the freedom to arrange our own schedules. We work smart hours, not long hours. Furthermore, Altechna spares no effort in empowering its employees to continue learning.
